Matthew M. Stano, President mstano@stanolandscaping.com Stano Landscaping Founder and President, Matthew (Matt) M. Stano, leads the company’s Landscape Construction Sales Team. He has more than 40 years of experience in the landscape field and is actively involved in the Green Industry. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Metro Milwaukee Chapter of the Wisconsin Landscape Contractors Association for 10 years and its President from 1978-79. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Landscape Federation for twenty years and as its President from 1987-89. Matt currently is President of the WLCA Professional Landscape Scholarship Fund, a separate corporation he helped to establish, and he recently joined the Board of Boerner Botanical Gardens. In 2003, Matt was inducted into the Wisconsin Landscape Federation Hall of Fame which honors individuals who have been cited by their peers for lifetime achievements in the Green Industry. Judith R. Stano, Vice President of Administration jstano@stanolandscaping.com Judi Stano directs and coordinates the administrative and office staff in contract administration, profit sharing programs, business insurance programs and all human resource functions. Judi has been active in the corporation since 1971. David De Luka, Accounting Manager ddeluka@stanolandscaping.com Mr. De Luka joined the corporation in 2005 with over 25 years of accounting and administrative experience in the private sector. Previously he was plant controller for Inland Paperboard & Packaging, Inc in Linden, New Jersey. He has an extensive background in cost and financial accounting as well as computer system management. Gregory J. Gore, LMS Sales/ Project Manager ggore@stanolandscaping.com Greg Gore joined Stano in 2002. He has over thirty years of experience in the daily operation of building and grounds maintenance. His experience includes the design and installation of formal flower beds and small landscape projects. Dave Hefty, Sales/Project Manager dhefty@stanolandscaping.com Dave's background in the Green Industry spans nearly 20 years. He began his landscaping career working on a Stano construction crew in 1992, but left the company for a time to pursue other endeavors and eventually start his own business in 2000. He rejoined Stano in the spring of 2011. From the initial design phase to the final walk-through, Dave believes that exceptional client communication and project management are key to a successful project. Randall J. Hill, Sales/Project Manager rhill@stanolandscaping.com Randy Hill joined Stano in August, 2000 following four years in landscape sales, project coordination and management. Randy has worked on a variety of commercial landscape design and installation projects. He is a graduate of Winona State University, Minnesota where he studied Marketing and Business Administration. Daniel B. Norris, Registered Landscape Architect dnorris@stanolandscaping.com Daniel Norris joined our staff in 2007 with over 20 years experience in landscape design, construction and project management. His work includes a broad variety of residential, commercial, and corporate projects. Daniel is a graduate of the University of Georgia / Athens, with a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture. Dan Potter, Human Resource Generalist dpotter@stanolandscaping.com Dan joined Stano in 2010 and is the primary contact for recruiting, benefits and employee relations. His experience includes staffing, benefits, compensation/payroll, safety, employee relations, regulatory compliance and strategic planning. He has a background in construction and is bilingual Spanish. Bill Sama, Registered Landscape Architect wsama@stanolandscaping.com Bill recently joined our staff with over 25 years of experience in the design and design/build fields. Bill will specialize in commercial landscape construction. His portfolio includes sustainability designs and reports on LEED Certified projects, individual residences and residential developments, land use studies, environmental assessments and commercial developments. Bill received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Michigan State University in 1985 and his Associate of Science degree in Arboriculture & Park Management from the University of Massachusetts in 1980. Thomas G. Stano Tom Stano provides direction, support and training for a production staff of over fifty personnel and supports three mechanics in fleet and equipment operations. He also serves as the company’s Safety Officer. Tom has been active in the corporation since 1971. Todd Stapleman, LMS Sales/ Project Manager tstapleman@stanolandscaping.com Todd Stapleman, one of the newest members of the Stano Green Team, comes with over 20 years in the landscape industry. His background includes customer service for a well-known local garden center, sales experience at a smaller but well-known area landscape firm, and a try at business ownership. Todd has a passion for customer service and carries special knowledge about plant materials and landscape operations -- especially maintenance.
